No, additional Delivery, setup ,overnight and taxes fees will apply. Unless customer picks up the equipment then there will only be taxes and overnight fees if returned the next day

That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the Friday before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.
Yes since we rent party equipment and no insurance is required for that. We will have to charge a $75 park rental fee. If Generator is needed you will have to rent one from us.

Call 407-221-8901 . If you cancel within the 7 days prior to the event, we will retain that Minimum Payment in a Raincheck, good for one full year toward a future event. If you cancel before the 7 days leading up to the Event, your full balance can be refunded or placed in a Raincheck, whichever you prefer.

Yes, if you rent party equipment :chairs,tables,concession machiens,party equipment,canopies,etc.. and anything is damaged then card on file will be charged for full amount of equipment.
